FixWin ist ein Tool zum schnellen Beseitigen von Windows Problemen.
FixWin kann mit einem Klick viele bekannte und nervige Windows Probleme beseitigen und reparieren.
Es gibt bereits zahlreiche detaillierte Anleitungen und How To's zum Korrigieren von Windows Vista oder Windows 7 Fehlern, die jedoch oftmals jedoch nur schwer im Internet zu finden sind.
FixWin vereint nun zahlreiche Lösungen unter einer One Click Programmoberfläche.
Man kann beispielsweise eine fehlerhafte Papierkorb Anzeige korrigieren, Internet und Netzwerkfehler beheben oder bei fehlenden Laufwerken nach dem Systemstart Abhilfe schaffen.
Wie verwendet man FixWin?
Nach dem Programmstart startet man das System File Checker Utility (run sfc /scannow) zum Prüfen vorhandener und Ersetzen fehlerhafter Systemdateien.
Der nächste Schritt besteht darin, einen Systemwiederherstellungspunkt (System Restore Point) zu Erstellen.
Fehlerbehebung:
Es sollte jeweils nur ein vorhandenes Problem korrigiert und danach der Computer neu gestartet werden.

Das kleine Freeware-Tool "Dead Pixel Tester" (DPT) hilft dabei, Pixelfehler bei TFT-Bildschirmen aufzustöbern.
Die Software lässt sich schnell uns einfach bedienen. Eine Installation ist nicht erforderlich. Mit der linken Maustaste wählen Sie einfach die gewünschte Farbe aus. Diverse "Patterns" (Muster) stehen zur Auswahl, um den Bildschirm zu füllen.

There's only a slim chance that all of these will be perfect; more likely, some will be stuck on (creating a "bright" defect) or dead (resulting in a "dark" defect). DPT was written to help me check my own screens (Couldn't find one that worked across multiple desktops so had to write my own!) by cycling through the three primary colours used (red,green,blue) and all on (white) and all off (black).
